class discription
all levels is a full body mat Pilates class targeting your main muscle groups: abdominals, buttocks, arms, back and legs. while it is a low impact exercise, you will be leaving with your legs a bit more wobbly than they were before. we offer modifications and challenges to meet you where you are, and then push you a tiny bit! all of our programs can accommodate any injuries or ailments, just let us know during your intake form so we can ensure you have the best class possible. mat Pilates is suitable for all ages and improves our: posture, stability, core muscle strength, evens out muscle tone and so many other benefits. ideally try to make time for it 4 times a week, whether that's at home or through classes. as we are a studio based on friendship, all of our classes have a component to foster connection. introducing ourselves and answering a prompted question are part of the format so be ready!

Cancellation Policy
Cancelation and rescheduling allowed up to 1 hour prior to class starting. Failure to cancel or reschedule will result in forfeiting a class.
